Winter Comes and Winter Goes (and then it comes back again)

First freezing - last two weeks of December 2010 - then mild - first week of January 2011 - then quite chilly again.  That's what winter is like in Florida, anyway.  This past week it's back to warm again.

We lucked out with super cold weather the December day we went to Blue Springs State Park to see the Manatees, as they are easier to spot when it's close to freezing outside.  Sure enough, there were hundreds of manatees in the river that day.  We limited our visit to viewing the manatees and letting Logan play in the park before we headed for cover; it was just too cold to enjoy the outdoors (32 degrees at 7 AM).  One man walking past us with his wife said "What would they do if it was really cold outside?"  So I'm guessing he's from the north, lol.

Kay Eflin just released a new kit called "It's Cold Outside," so I created a few Christmas layouts (from past Christmases, actually) with that kit.  Here they are:

Stay warm!
